Refund policy

Thank you so much for choosing Scarlet Tassel for your stylish gifts and home accessories.

We are a small operation, which means we handle each and every order personally and with care. We strive to pack each purchase with plenty of packaging so that it will arrive at it's destination in perfect condition. However, we realize that sometimes bumps happen during the shipping and delivery process so, if the contents of your package are not in good order, please call us right away! RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us in the original packaging for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving the item. Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping, we do not credit original or return shipping costs. All custom and personalized orders are FINAL SALE. All jewelry and personal accessories are FINAL SALE.

DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE

Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace your item and reship as soon as we have inspected and obtained possession of the original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To make a return, please e-mail katherine@scarlettassel.com for a return authorization ID BEFORE you send back the item. Items without a return authorization ID cannot be accepted. Scarlet Tassel is not responsible for missing packages or any damage that occurs in return shipping. We encourage you to pack and seal the merchandise safely and securely, ideally in its original packaging. We recommend insuring the item for its full value. Once we receive the merchandise, the return will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive a confirmation e-mail with either your refund information or an order confirmation for the item you have requested in exchange.
