Shipping policy

Orders typically ship from our store in Greenville, SC within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays.) Please allow extra shipping time during sale periods and holiday seasons. Orders are shipped via UPS and USPS and will take up to 10 days for delivery depending on the state. A tracking number will be emailed to you after the order has shipped.

The cut-off time for same day fulfillment is 12 p.m. EST. Any orders that are placed after 12 p.m. EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed Friday afternoons will ship the following Monday. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

TO CANCEL AN ORDER

The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at info@scarlettassel.com. Please include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, however if you request a change and your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy Procedures.
